Being doing everything alone, me and myself.
Went swimming and Sitex alone.

Sometimes, alone are better.
You dun have to look back if your friend is following,
you dun have to listen to their instructions.
All in all, In the world of loneliness is sometimes good...


Today marks the day of Brighton's Baptism 2008.
Glad that July, Zhiwei, Janice.goh and Ruoning got baptised.
Declaring their faith in Christ Jesus.
And Janice shared... A once introvert, quiet girl has changed to one who dared to speak in front of crowd with such boldness...
Indeed, thats the power of God.
He can changed you to be a better person.
A person you did not imagine you can be...

I'm so proud of July who went ahead to declare her faith despite her family's objections.
Will pray for July's family members' hearts to be softened when July goes back to Medan next month.
Cus nothing is impossible with God.

Tuesday With Morrie

Watched dvd "Tuesday With Morrie" at BTC.
A true story by the name "Morrie" who inspired people by teaching his student how to live,
even though his days are nearing.
He did not give up.
Instead, he taught people about love, fear, relationship...
He taught everyone about living.
Some of the YAs cried while watching it.

His quote: When you know how to die, you will know how to live.

A living testimony to learn from...

was at sentosa beach last weekend
and i sat down alone on the beach
listening to the waves of the sea.

Seeing many families enjoying themselves.
Daddies, Mummies and their children.
They were splashing water, buidling sandcastles,
and enjoying their picnic.

I tired my best to smile.
i think i'd smile...
So envy of them!

I'm so in love with the underwater world.
And i wana go to Jewel Box and Dolphin Lagoon.

Had a wonderful time @ Sentosa with the M1 peeps on Sunday afternoon.

Took Cable Cars, Sky Luge, went unterwater world and Song of the Seas.
Dinner was at Marche.

Been feeling the pulling pain on the right side of my stomach the whole night.
The pain is making me so uncomfortable and i couldnt sleep.
I felt like puking...
Hopefully it wasnt what i've posted a few weeks back...
I shall force myself to bed now~

Back to Physio.....

Had been doing OTs for the past 3 weeks on weekend.
WooHoo...shagggg...

Went for follow up on my slipped disc last saturday and i need to go back for physiotherapy to relieve the pain.
Tried swimming last tue with tzi ning. Hmm, it was good.
Hopefully, it helped in reducing the pain.
More swimming and cycling activities to come for the next few months =)
